Joint competition training plans
I develop competition plans customized to your personal needs and capacities to meet your specific competition goals. This includes main events as well as training events, which help you work toward your goals for the main event.
Science based practice
A science-based training plan is key to success. Through my academic background and personal experience as an athlete, I can offer b-Fast athletes optimal support .
Performance test analysis
In addition, b-Fast offers evaluation of performance tests, which help to optimize individualized training plans.
b-Fast uses the electronic training platform Trainingspeaks for optimal support by enabling our athletes 24-hour access to their individual training plan from their laptop or smartphone.
